Kalispell Flooded Home
The driven rainwater from the storm gained entry into this Kalispell dwelling through the low-slung, poorly sealed windows. The engineered hardwood flooring planks swelled and uplifted in certain areas, as illustrated in the Before Photo. SERVPRO technicians removed the standing water and set up a dehumidifier attempting to mitigate the storm damage. Our team tries to salvage and restore, and not replace building materials and fixtures, whenever possible. The harm was not reversible, so a controlled demolition of removing the planks and baseboards was carried out to dry the affected rooms and limit the potential for secondary damages. We can prepare the now dried area for a build back utilizing our Residential Contractor License #: 247200, "Like it never even happened."
